Week 9 inside the Bears numbers by STATS
This is where the Bears and Green Bay Packers are very similar.
Both teams have shown over the first half of the 2013 season that their offenses are capable of explosive plays.
For the Bears, it’s a good indicator of the good things at work under coach Marc Trestman after all the changes implemented, personnel-wise and scheme-wise.

The Packers’ defense is among the best in the league when it comes to preventing their opponents from breaking big plays.
The Bears? Not so much.
One similarity between the Bears and Green Bay Packers is that they rank among the league’s best when it comes to putting up points. And with that comes explosiveness.
Both teams have had big plays on the ground, but the Bears have broken off longer runs with running back Matt Forte. The Packers’ receivers, though, do a lot more damage after the catch.
