Justin Timberlake, Jay-Z announce joint tour
No surprise, their Grammy performance together was a well-placed advertisement for their joint summer tour. Justin Timberlake and Jay-Z today announced dates together as the Legends of the Summer Tour.
Just 12 shows were announced today, including July 22 at Chicago’s Soldier Field.
Other major U.S. stadiums on the tour include Yankee Stadium, Fenway Park and the Rose Bowl.
Jay-Z hinted at the tour announcement yesterday by posting a striking photo of Soldier Field on his Life + Times site.
Timberlake is making a comeback bid, releasing a new album, “The 20/20 Experience,” on March 19. The first single, “Suit & Tie,” also features Jay-Z.
